Week #7

The "E.R." in S.M.A.R.T.E.R. Goals

Supplies Needed this Week:

A major reason why many goals are not achieved once made is failure to execute the completion of the goal. That is why S.M.A.R.T. Goals are set with a focus on that phase of goal achievement. This execution phase is represented by the "E." in the acronym S.M.A.R.T.E.R. The final step to maximizing the potential of successfully completing your goal is the reward phase. When we plan to reward ourselves for goal completion, it provides an incentive to complete the work. The reward phase is represented by the "R." in S.M.A.R.T.E.R.
